I have used this shop times over the years and have always been very happy with the service and care I received. I believe they are honest with appraisals and work, and fair with prices. I once owned a FORD that had electrical issues, Ford dealership did not know how to fix their own vehicle. I brought it to Southside and they repaired it for me, no problems. I had an emergency and they took me right away, other ones that I called I would of had to wait for 4 days. Dr. Aulakh is excellent as is the whole staff. Dr. Aulakh phoned me after 2 days and wanted to know how I was doing ----- how many do that!!!! I highly recommend this dentist and you wont be disappointed!!!

I used to work at Seaspan when I began my orthodontic treatment back in 2012. However, I was unsatisfied with the result left from the 1st orthodontist so transferred over to Dr. Pocock who helped centered my upper mid-lne which was shifted by a few millimetres to the left.
I'm quite old so am not the typical kid patient. I don't care for sweet talk. I judge a doctor by his competency, care and integrity, and Dr. Pocock delivers on all three of these qualities.
