I visit Trendz 2-3 times per week. I like to keep ahead of what's new. The owner, I believe Val, is extremely pleasant and helpful each and every time I go in. I always have my little Pom with me, who is welcome. I usually walk through the door and say,,,,,"Not buying anything today" Never fails,I find something I can't live without. Amazing. Accessible practice for beginners or experienced yogis. The studio is beautiful and clean, the teachers are so loving and joyful, and the students are super open and cheerful. Such an anszing studio. Even Sting from The Police practices here.
