I am writing this review today to recommend this dealership, Abbotsford Autoworld, to others. I had a great experience at this dealership and wanted to share to others. Not only where they very knowledgeable with their vehicle they knew exactly what I was looking for and got me into a vehicle I really wanted. They are kind for example offering me and my wife coffee while we waited for the insurance people to arrive. The salesmen they are very enjoyable to talk to as well. Everything was very convenient the finance people and insurance people came write to the dealership and we were out the door with our vehicle in less than an hour! Overall I would recommend these guys to others and I would consider this place the best experience I have had with a dealership.

This company and it's employees are second to none! I called to ask for price and availability on a briggs & stratton fuel pump for my ride on lawnmower. The estimator was professional, thorough, helpful and empathetic through the obviously trying time of losing a car. He attentively listened to the story of my daughters collision and did a comprehensive look-over of the damage. He produced a detailed computer report. Without telling us what to do, he noted that even if it was repaired, there could be hidden damage. All this helped us make a decision about the car.

Wanted to share my experience with Chilliwack Ford sales and service department along with management. To summarize, they’re an incredible group of people who truly care and put their clients first. I am absolutely in love with my F150 but it came with a few problems. What wasn’t in Chilliwack Fords control was how the vehicle was manufactured and by bad luck with a few issues, but what was in their control was how they handled the situation so professionally and fairly. Imagine waking up and being able to read the time on your alarm clock without having to put your glasses on! Imagine going for a run and not having push your glasses back up your sweaty nose!
