It's rare to find a medical center that takes the time to answer your questions without rushing you and making you feel like a burden. Family Medical is great in their Customer Service at the Front Desk.
I cannot speak for all the doctors at this facility, but both my wife & I have had good experiences with our family doctors there. They are efficient, do not waste time, but still are able to answer your questions and concerns like a family physician should. This has not been our experience with the majority of the doctors out there.
Hope they keep this standard!
