I called around to several places and found some rude people out there. The customer service was polite and they sent a guy out to fix my fridge by noon.
The repairman was also very nice and polite. When it was all said and done they fixed my fridge before the food spoiled and it was lots cheaper than getting a new or used replacement. I will defiantly call them back if any other things break.
