I have been staying at the Sheraton in Montreal since 2006 and have seen this hotel go from a dated aged hotel to a newly renovated more modern hotel. The location can't be beat - 1 block of St. Catherines and lots of selection around it to eat. The restaurant has good food, but is overpriced, so you are probably better eating out. One word of caution, in my experience, if you are in the North West corner, rooms 30+ of higher, there is a noise, I think it is the fan, so I would recommend staying away from that corner. The North-East corners are pretty quiet - unless the Habs are in the platform then it can get a little noisy.Read more
