Took my parents computer to the Upper Wentworth location in Hamilton and the technician - Andrew was extremely helpful and downloaded a new internet browser which solved the problem on the computer. Andrew was very helpful, understanding and very efficient at fixing the problem. My parents are grateful that he fixed their computer at the same time I walked into the store and for no charge. Have been dealing with Ijaz for many years and has always delivered a quality built computer. One of his strong points is his customer service. He stands behind his products. Always willing to answer your questions. The service he provides, the big box retailers can only dream of. Ask your big box retailer what you would do if something goes wrong with your purchase in the first couple of years and factor than into the price. Do not judge a book by its cover.
