I was referred by Intact to call FH Rowat for motorcycle insurance. After leaving a voicemail message, a broker got back to me the same afternoon.
She was very courteous, efficient, and knew exactly what to ask in order to prepare my quote.
I'd rate 5-stars if the premium offered had been better, but that's not entirely in the control of the broker.
Overall, if I were in need of an insurance broker in Ottawa, I would definitely call FH Rowat again.
