My daughter and I have been going here for years. We never make appointments and they always accomodate us dropping in. Clean and friendly. The staff know us by name and always do a great job. Good value for your money. Dont believe the reviews that claim uncleanliness.

I bought a pellet stove from these folks about 10 years ago. Happy to say that it still runs like a charm and I use it a lot - basically 24 hours a day for about 6 months of the year. Other that a few gaskets and a sensor that needed replacing I have not had any major issues with my stove. On the rare occasions when I needed some maintenance advice I spoke with one of their technicians (Marvin I think) and he was very helpful. Really cannot say enough about the product and the service.
