Aleksei specializes in treating anxiety, depression, PTSD, phobias, and somatic disorders using evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused, Narrative, and Psychodynamic therapies. He works with individuals from diverse backgrounds and also facilitates group sessions on anger management, emotional regulation, and healthy relationships.
