I had an emergency and they took me right away, other ones that I called I would of had to wait for 4 days. Dr. Aulakh is excellent as is the whole staff. Absolutely amazing. They turned an awful situation (car died on the Coq)into a manageable one. More then fair prices, let us use a loaner even though our car was a goner just so we could take a night to figure stuff out. They even helped us find a hotel room. I've been bringing my elderly mother to see the RMT at total care for a while now and both my mother and I are pleased with their service. The RMT is very knowledgeable about his field and is very understanding and respectful of my grandmother's cultural diversity and accommodates her accordingly. He also explains the maintenance exercises and causes of pain very well. I highly recommend total care, especially if you are looking for someone who understands the south Asian culture and language.
