I can't say I've ever had a bad customer service experience at this Shoppers. My favorite department to deal with is the Post Office, because that is where I pick up my parcels. No matter who you deal with there, I've always gotten prompt, knowledgeable service and a friendly smile. Kudos to all the staff!

Contrary to the comments of the 3 previous individuals I have found the Alliston Scotiabank to be professional, courteous and knowledgeable handling all my financial transactions. My husband is a senior and when he went to get haircut last week in Alliston he sat on curb , he has health issues and when four lovely ladies saw his struggling helped him. Their kindness was amazing especially in these times. The did assist with social distancing and all were wearing masks. But this will not go unnoticed. Amazing location
