When I saw that these guys had a 2.7 star rating I was floored. I have been back with them for the past 4 years putting tires on rims, balancing and installing wheels on my truck, my sisters truck and my cousins truck. I couldn't be more pleased with the level of service I received from OK Tire in Burlington. The tires are phenomenal, they were able to order my run-flats within one day and accommodate my appointment request, and charged a third of what I was quoted at my car dealership. This included balancing and they even deducted the money I paid the day prior to have my summer tires installed, which they indicated (as did the dealership)needed to be replaced. I have had an excellent experience.
