Our program includes Tae Kwon-Do, Hapkido, Jeet Kune Do and Ground Defense among others. The core of our program is authentic ITF Taekwon-Do as developed by General Choi Hong Hi. Hapkido, Jeet Kune Do and Grappling are implemented into the self-defense portion of training to prepare the student for any challenges or self-defense situations he or she may encounter.
