Jan Cooper is the head of Cooper Studios, Pump Records and is one of Canada's top vocal coaches. He has worked with many of the industry's top producers and writers, including Loverboy, Whitesnake, Grammy award winning producer Bob Rock, Alex Wong of So You Think You Can Dance, Lisa Brockop, and US5 among many others. ?

Sue Wood has been active in music for over 30 years as a piano teacher and an accompanist. She enjoys working with students and musicians of all ages and abilities. She is involved in the local music community serving on the executives of the Mid-Island Chapter of the BCRMTA and the Upper Island Music Festival. She founded Dreamtree Studios, originally an art gallery and music studio on Main Street in Vancouver, in 1994. As a member of the piano faculty at the Richmond Arts Centre, she maintains a connection with the lower mainland. In 2016, she completed the addition of a music studio to her home in the Brechin Hill neighbourhood of Central Nanaimo. She welcomes new and transfer students, as well as, music collaborators to Dreamtree Studios Nanaimo.
