Ok ok.. so I know every business is on high alert with sanitation and cleanliness. I’ll admit, I was nervous for my appointment this morning after hearing more than one nail salon in Ontario had reported spreading COVID amongst their clients. I felt nothing but comfortable at @tk_nailsandspa . Everything was spotless, sneeze guards up, stations 6+ feet apart, everyone in a mask, disinfecting each station after client (including inside the UV lights) were just some of the things I noticed around

I have been going to Lucky Nail Studio for the last 10 years. Ive been using Gel Nails for almost 20 years. Ling (the Owner) has consistently provided me with excellent service. The care she takes and her excellent customer service is by far the very best that I have had. I wouldnt go anywhere else. Every time I go to this location the employees are helpful, attentive and understanding. Ever go into a Home Depot and the employees are impossible to find or try to run away when they see you coming towards them? Yeah, that never happens here. It’s like they actually care that the repairs I make to my house or the products that I get are actually the ones I need and are the right ones for the job. Crazy concept, isn’t it?

I have been going to VN Nails for about 6 months and find them excellent. They are always polite and friendly to me. The work is quick and skilled. I usually get Nam (the male owner) and he is polite and makes sure I am satisfied with his work. I have dropped in from time to time for a repair and he never charges me. He has even held the store open for me to arrive late. The store is clean and convenient. I don't go anywhere else anymore.
