This new nail salon looks beautiful and luxurious, especially with a touch of modern and zen theme. I LOVE place that has some kind of themes because it just make you feel like you in 5 stars salon. My go to spot. They are always accommodating and super friendly. I feel relaxed and always love their work. I used to get gel finger nails by Tom, but I had to stop because of my job, but he always understood what I wanted, shape was a big thing for me and he always nailed it. Pun intended. Haha anyway. I go for pedicures now and everyone there is great. Highly recommend.

We deal with the Tillicum Rona often and have been happy with their service, however we had an issue with a bathroom vanity we recently purchased and weren't getting a good response from the store. Fortunately we were lucky to be able to deal with "Shane". She not only arranged to pick up the damaged one she helped us pick out a new one an arranged delivery promptly. She then followed up to make sure we were satisfied, absolutely we are, thank you so much Shane, we will be back.
