No Frills is my Go To store for everything. The staff are wonderful and very friendly ; however last week I was very disappointed. I realize the customer is 2 pack their own groceries and I did. I had approximately 12 - 15 items. I feel the young gentleman in this situation could have made an exception and assisted me. I had purchased a black square grocery bag so I wouldn’t need to use 2 plastic bags easier to carry. I have a broken arm and the young gentleman left and went to another. ?

Swiss Chalet Franchised first united in the year of 1954 and has been a Canadian favorite ever since. Swiss Chalet is known for its fresh on premise rotisserie chicken; the slow roasted chicken is also served with Canadian potatoes and simmering delicious Chalet dipping sauce. Swiss Chalet, is also known for its incredible tender grilled ribs, also served with sides of fresh cut fries, that makes Chalets food so delicious.
Every Swiss Chalet location has a family orientated atmosphere. The setting consists of casual tables and booth seating as many as twelve customers, comfortable chairs and simple artwork covers the walls. We were lucky enough to be placed beside a warm brick fireplace, on a cold winter afternoon.
As we walked in, we were instantly greeted by the host at Swiss Chalet on Dundas Street in Cambridge, Ontario. He led us to our booth within minutes, as the waitress made her way to our table. The energy around us from the staff, customers and store were welcoming, warm, and crucial to how comfortable, and suitable our lunch was going to be.
The rotisserie chicken club wrap with fries, along with the rotisserie quarter chicken meal with whipped potatoes was ordered during our visit, with excellent service and time management. The server was friendly, engaged in conversation and interest of what we were ordering and how satisfied we were with our Swiss Chalet experience.
Our overall experience at Swiss Chalet, the Cambridge location was delightful. We encourage many individuals to take their date, spouse or family to the nearest location for their next great dinner experience for delicious food, friendly service and comfortable setting.

If you interfere with the signals traveling over nerves, parts of your body will not get the proper nerve messages and will not be able to function at 100% of their innate abilities. In other words, some part of your body will not be working properly.It is the responsibility of the Doctor of Chiropractic to locate subluxations, and reduce or correct them. This is done through a series of chiropractic adjustments specifically designed to correct the vertebral subluxations in your spine. Chiropractors are the only professionals who undergo years of training to be the experts at correcting subluxations. Many people think that chiropractic is only for your back. This misconception is easily understood. After all, chiropractors do work primarily on your back. However, Chiropractic is about having an healthy spine and nerve system, allowing your body to be as healthy as possible. Your body is controlled by three distinct nerve systems - the central nerve system, peripheral nerve system and autonomic nerve system (which is further divided into the parasympathetic and sympathetic nerve system). All 3 parts of the nerve system must be balanced so that they can operate in unity and create a truly healthy body. Spinal joint fixation (subluxation) results in nerve irritation. This nerve irritation (known as facilitation) leads to exaggerated activity of the nerve, resulting in muscular tension, postural asymmetries, and limited and painful motion. Other problems include chronic hyperactivity of the sympathetic nerve system producing a variety of syndromes. Chiropractic is great for low back pain. It also works great for many 'non back' problems such as premenstrual syndrome (Pms), carpal tunnel syndrome (Cts), ulcers, irritable bowel syndrome, crohn's disease, gall bladder problems, heart problems, asthma, allergies, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and other lung problems.
