The Family Support Network offers individual and family mental health counselling and psycho-educational workshops to those affected by mental illness and/or a co-occurring disorders. Our Program Commitment is to educate and assist with self-care for the caregivers to better understand the symptoms (depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, schizophrenia, personality disorders and post-traumatic stress disorder. We will assist you to navigate the health care system to get the best services available for your ill family member and help them to recover their quality of life and chance at peace of mind. We connect families in order to learn from each other and reduce stress and compassion fatigue.
