Initially we focus on acquiring basic movement proficient through various body weight exercises. This progress to general strength training with the addition of the kettlebell and TRX. More complex forms of training are then introduced, these include powerlifting, Olympic lifting and more advanced forms of bodyweight training. We also specialize in bridging the gap between physio and general training with our private movement therapy sessions. These 60 minute 1 on 1 sessions are for those who need more focused attention due to previous injury or medical conditions.
