The Wexford in Delta is the newest independent living seniors residence in the Bria Communities family. With capacity for up to 80 people, The Wexford residents are a close-knit group who truly bring Bria’s “Get to know your neighbours” slogan to life. The Wexford is four stories high and houses 65 well-appointed, soundproofed suites with private balconies to enjoy the outdoors.

The Roost Farm Centre is home to a unique bakery, garden Market and gift shop. The Roost is located on Highland House Farm, a 10 acre hobby farm located at the corner of McTavish and East Saanich Roads, in North Saanich BC. The bakery serves up farm fresh breakfast, hearty soups and sandwiches, salads, quiche, breads, pies and other sweet treats. We also serve thin crust pizza from our wood fired pizza oven! We are one of the only places in Canada that grows and mills our own wheat on site for use in our bread and baked goods. Our garden market features locally grown poultry, bison, duck, produce and locally made cheeses.
