Jaspers-Fayer Property Management is a locally owned property management company. Our clients include seven residential condominium corporations, one industrial condominium corporation as well as four rental apartment buildings and a number of stores, factories and single family homes totaling over 450 units. We prepare all correspondence required and liase with the corporation's auditor, lawyer and engineer. We are available 24 hours a day to handle any emergency that might occur.
