Had seperate resterant and bar area. Lots of sports on in the bar area. Clean and Comfortable. The menu wasn't huge, but the options they provide are excellent. It is definately a more expensive resterant. Main course items were 20- 30$. Decorative plates and awesome food.

In 1960, Perry (yes, he really does exist) arrived in Canada from the Island of Santorini, Greece on a quest for his fame and fortune. He and his brothers opened a pizza restaurant, built it into a successful chain and ran it together until it was sold in 1978. Perry stayed active in the restaurant business for 10 more years. At that time, he decided to open another chain of restaurants that would emphasize creating quality foods from fresh ingredients and offering them for takeout and delivery at family-friendly prices. The Vern's Pizza Company Ltd. began in the year 1990 in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. The first store was operated out of a convenience store named Vern's Place. Vern's product was customer driven from the beginning. Our pizza is like no other, known for its high quality ingredients from start to finish. With the introduction of pizza by the slice as a meal in itself, the demand began to grow, and so did Vern's name. Soon thereafter it was necessary for the company to franchise. Vern's Pizza grew from its provincial borders and expanded into Alberta. We have two locations in Calgary now. One is in the south east at #27, 575-28th Street SE and the other is in the north west at #27, 15 Millrise Blvd SW. As our popularity continued to expand so did the number of stores and we have launched into Manitoba.
