What We Believe Baptists, since their earliest beginnings, have adopted professions of faith that express consensus with churches that adhere to the same doctrinal beliefs and convey to other Christians and society at large what Baptists believe and practice. Further, the doctrines adhered to are the standard for instruction, counsel and fellowship for the membership. In continuity with our immediate forefathers and the larger fellowship of Baptists throughout history, we seek to practice and propagate by God's grace the following convictions: We believe the Bible is God's Word given by divine inspiration, the record of God's revelation of Himself to humanity.

Augustine United Church was founded in 1887 and moved into its present building in 1903. It was once a large, active Presbyterian congregation of mainly middle- and upper-income families living south of the Assiniboine River. In its heyday, the sanctuary, including the balcony, was filled several times on Sunday for multiple worship services. In 1925, many Presbyterian churches, including Augustine, joined with Methodist, Congregationalist and Union Churches to form The United Church of Canada.

This beautiful stone church with English Gothic interior is also known for its large collection of William Morris stained glass windows, one of the largest collections in North America.Today All Saints' Anglican Church houses three parishes - All Saints' Anglican, saint benedict's table and St. Andrews Anglican Mission ((Sudanese Community Church). Welcome Hope Mennonite Church is a Christian congregation meeting in Winnipeg's West Broadway neighbourhood. We have an average attendance of approximately 60 persons. We seek to be open to and welcoming of all who pass through our doors. Our worship begins at 9:30 on Sunday mornings at Crossways in Common, a multi-use facility housing two churches and numerous community service organizations. Our theological roots are in the Anabaptist-Mennonite tradition. We celebrate the mystery of God's grace and respond by striving to follow Jesus Christ into a life dedicated to peace with justice.
