I needed a pin for my excavator and a young apprentice named Cole selected the correct stock, welded a washer on one end, drilled a hole for a large cotter pin, and chamfered the end on a lathe. He added a large washer for the cotter pin side to complete the process. I was charged for 15 min labour and the materials for a total charge of $37.50. I do not think any other shop could ever beat that. The pin fit perfectly.

I was looking for a specific tree I couldn't find anywhere in the okanagan. BMN offered to look for the tree when picking up an order in the lower mainland. Upon their return from their trip, they called me with the good news and agreed to hold the tree for me for a week without payment until I could make it in to pick it up. Great people.

Had a family birthday, ordered a bunch of pizzas. When we got the pizzas home, the boxes had been decorated, and some small birthday treats included. Pizzas were great, and the whole experience made the day even better. Staff were super friendly and great. Totally recommend.
