The Auto department literally our butts on a road trip from Quebec back to Toronto. Our car broke down on the side of the road (Battery/ Alternator) - Contacted CAA who advised us to contact this Canadian Tire location - Explained to them the situation and they said we can get in right away - Not only were they INCREDIBLY kind but also did not try and sell us anything other than what we needed to get back on the road and get home safely - BEYOND grateful for people like them

Ma voiture était dans un mauvais état en pleine semaine très occupée pour moi. Je suis allé au Centre Auto Canadian Tire et ils ont pu tout régler en un rien de temps. Wassim spéciquement a fourni un excellent service rapide efficace et professionel! Qualité parfois douteuse des produits, mais excellent service après vente. Je lève particulièrement mon chapeau aux préposées au retour pour leur patience et leur gentillesse malgré leur charge de travail franchement excessive, et particulièrement la jeune dame qui m'a servi lundi le 16 septembre 2019 vers 13h30. Dans les travaux, j'avais perdu la facture pour un outil défectueux après 3 mois et j’ai eu droit à un remplacement sur place sans tataouinage. Ça c’est du service!
