'Chosin Pottery is owned and operated by award-winning, internationally known ceramic artists Robin Hopper and Judi Dyelle. It is the exclusive destination for purchasing or ordering their work. Located on the Southern end of Vancouver Island. The studios are set in the beautiful, much publicized, two and a half acre, Japanese-inspired garden. The Gallery and showroom are part of a renovated heritage house dating from the turn of the century. The grounds contain one of the finest stands of first-growth Douglas fir in the Victoria area. The majority of the work is wheel thrown, but there is also a selection of unique handbuilt forms.
The Clay for Kids pottery program was created by Maureen Dennis in Calgary in 1981. Maureen completed the pottery program at the Alberta College of Art & Design and was employed as a part-time pottery instructor by the Calgary Board of Education.
