The majority of people who come to see me are either feeling depressed or anxious. You may be feeling lonely, suffering from low-self-esteem, feeling frustrated and angry, experiencing phobias, feeling obsessive and compulsive, or simply feeling that your life has become meaningless. Most clients will find initial relief during the first 12 weeks of individual psychotherapy and some will decide to discontinue during that time. I encourage you to phone for an initial appointment. This will allow me to assess your situation thoroughly and to give an opinion about a suggested course of therapy. My services are not covered by OHIP. No HST. Check your workplace insurance coverage, as all of the costs may be covered. Clients injured at work will usually be covered by the Workers' Compensation Board.
