The Essex County Medical Society was formed established 1816 and is a component of the Medical Society of New Jersey to safeguard and promote the health of the people of Essex County,to organize physicians who are licensed to practice medicine and surgery in this county,to strengthen professional bonds and friendly relations among the physicians of the county.

Our goal is to provide the best care in order to help reduce pain, improve performance and maximize health and fitness potential. Our "best-evidence" approach to health / injury care follows a multi-modal approach which may include: education / reassurance, spinal and extremity joint manipulation / mobilization, soft tissue therapy (i.e. Active Release Technique ®), therapeutic, customized exercise prescription, physical modalities (i.e. ultrasound, low energy laser), registered massage therapy, core ball therapy, BOSU ball therapy, and kinesio taping.

I obtained my Ph.D. in clinical psychology from the University of Windsor in 2005. Since 2006, I have been licensed as a registered psychologist with the College of Psychologists of Ontario to work with children, adolescents, and adults in the areas of clinical, counselling, and school psychology. In July of 2011, I became additionally registered in the area of rehabilitation psychology and work with children, adolescents and adults in this area of practice. I have completed both plaintiff and defense psychological examinations. Since 2012, I have been appointed as adjunct faculty (assistant professor), Dept. of Family Medicine, Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry – Windsor. I am a member of the Canadian Psychological Association, Ontario Psychological Association and am in good standing with the College of Psychologists of Ontario.
