Sturgeon Heights CC is offering a Free Fit Club starting next Tuesday May 13, 6 pm and running weekly if there is interest. This is offered by SHCC and run by local trainers that have offered their services for free to help the community get in shape. Similar to a sample of programs like P90X and some of the more popular exercise programs. There will be sports drinks or other recovery drinks supplied. All will be offered at no cost. This place is awesome it has lasertag, mini bowling, arcades and great food. When ever you need help all of their staff is awaiting to help you every need. They have new systems that allow you to keep your money for arcade games on one car which is really cool. And after a couple rounds of laser tag you're going to be hungry, good thing they have a huge selection of food that is great.
