I don’t eat out a lot cause I feel like I can do just as good a job at home cooking, but this night we felt lazy so off to dinner we went. We picked a great place. Food was great, in fact my son enjoyed his burger more than the ones at home. Service was very friendly and helpful as my wife wanted something light and couldn’t make up her mind, the server took her time with us and helped make decisions. She recommended the fajitas to my Daughter, and wow what a hit.
After reading a couple of the negative reviews, I don’t know what these people are talking about, cause our meal was perfect. And clearly one of the reviewers doesn't know what he's talking about, cause in Ontario, you can serve alcohol at 18, and drink at 19, so I guess that sums up his review and how factual it can be.Read more

Once upon a time — 25 years ago to be exact — a young P.E.I native picked up a butcher knife and never turned back. Now it has been some time since that young man started his long career in the butcher industry, but his values still rang true: unprocessed, hormone-free, properly aged meats, while still being easy on the pocket book. This man's name is Cornelis (Cory) Lamers. Cory had a vision of the butchers of old, and keeping to the traditions in use 40 years ago such as hang drying meat for 28-30+ days to ensure quality and tenderness. Local was key as well. Keeping 95% of the store a 120-mile radius of the selected location and providing fresh options for today’s family. Alongside Cory stands his wife Sheryl. Together, they set to make this dream a reality, opening a shop in Woodstock with local products, gluten free options, low sodium, reliable services and affordable pricing for families young and old.
Our first visit was out of curiosity, having driven by this establishment many, many times. Since we had had our lunch elsewhere in Kitchener, we decided to see what The Easy Pour was all about! We enjoyed a superb glass of red wine & we were served with great welcoming! Our second visit was to have an early afternoon "lunch" which again was decadent! The service was just as friendly and great as our first visit. We would reccommend The Easy Pour to all who like something unique!Read more

I have been going to this eatery for 5 yrs now. It was really good at first when it was called The Bamboo then it was sold and it was just not the same. Now, it was sold again when it became Five Star Chinese Buffet. Now, it is better, pretty much like it was a few yrs ago plus they have the extra food items at the back on week nights that they only use to have on the weekends. It's a good place to eat. If you ate there in the past and liked it I think you will like it again.Read more
