I came in to Reitmans to pick out an outfit for a Xmas party the following night and it was 15 minutes before closing.(yes I was one of those people)?and the sales lady greeted me with a friendly hello and I told her the situation and she started helping me immediately. She asked me what I was looking for and I wasn’t 100% sure, so Sara picked a couple different items and to my surprise I left with a skirt, dress top, tights and even a coat. She never made me feel rushed and happy to help!

I am not a 100% sure which Walmart store I was in in St Catharines in April but I was in the photographic section getting some photos printed. The store clerk on duty that was Kathleen (her manager she said was Melissa). Sorry I have no last names but this should help you locate the store I am referring to. I want to pass on my compliments to Kathleen. She was helpful, gave good advice,and was friendly and efficient. She did her duty with a smile which made my shopping experience a pleasure.
