We are thrilled that you are interested in taking yoga classes from Embody Yoga and Wellness! We are a community of independent yoga teachers with a unified passion to serve others through yoga.
The majority of classes are offered in registered sessions. This allows students to gradually build skill, understanding, strength, and flexibility over time. Through making this commitment we can keep class smaller, which allows for more individualized instruction. Together we can facilitate meaningful change while growing in a supportive community.
Prices vary according to the class and teacher. Students engage in a direct relationship with the teachers, which includes the financial aspect of the relationship.
Students enjoy the intimate, calming and refreshing atmosphere of the studio. It is fully equipped with yoga props including bolsters, blocks, blankets, straps, sand bags and chairs.
