I'm a woman and all the staff are respectful. They don't talk down to me or over my head. I've had four vehicles taken care of by Kendall's, never once did I feel like I was being overcharged or had work done that wasn't needed. In fact, I was given a general idea of what was upcoming in the next 6–12 months as far as maintenance was concerned.

Ultimate Auto is top notch! They are honest helpful and use the best quality parts. I had some major front end work that needed to be done, other place quoted $300 more and that they’d need car for 2 or 3 days and Ultimate asked me to bring it in for 7:00 am and by 2:30 the job was complete. Best local repair shop anywhere! They know their stuff and don’t try to upsell you. My whole family uses them!
