Stopped by needing a last minue birthday cake. Despite how busy,yet Sam (the only one working) Helped when he saw my panicked face. Instead of rushing me, he actually listened,gave thoughtful suggestion like cinnamon cream cheese icing & options. Despite managing the entire section alone, SAM helped with incredible product knowledge and genuine care.That kind of service is unicorn-rare in retail. My husband and I celebrated our 20th anniversary at The Bicycle Thief last night. We waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for our meal after the order was taken. Totally unable to have any conversation during our wait (noisy).
I had ravioli that consisted of 8 pieces of ravioli in a sauce for $21.00 so I left feeling hungry. The waitress did the best she could but I will never go back or take anyone with us.
