Was out in the area and dropped into a little shop not knowing it was all secondhand! The clothing selection is vast, highend and in amazing condition. I mentioned I was on my way to get my wedding gown washed as I recently discovered a huge 4 year old stain on it. One of the girls sprayed it with something and simply wiped it away! We went there looking for suits for our oathtaking and we were helped by Nav at 1600 Ness ave. who was very patient as we dont specifically know what we want.He patiently showed us choices as we changed our minds a few times until we made our pick.He gave us pointers on the choices we made ,what would go along with it,what other occassions we could wear the clothes,and even how to do the tie but the tie was too complicated ahahay so we just asked him to ready it so hubby just have to put it on.

I went to Canadian tire today to buy a tires and the costumer service was EXCELLENT!! the staff name Robert was friendly,helpful , and helped me with what I need, and I was very please with the service that I get. came outta store happy and it didn't take too much of my time. would like to see that happen more often in the future, keep up the excellent costumer service. and thank you Robert for all your help.
