I took 2 City Taxis on Mar 5th from the airport to hotel and back again. Both cabbies were friendly, I was offered help with my luggage and the cabs were clean. The cab picking me up from the hotel was prompt. As well, when I needed replacements for my Visa receipts, I called and was quickly forwarded to accounting. They were helpful, easily found my trip receipts and emailed them to me with no hassle. The receipts were needed for an insurance claim so this took some of the stress off.

Honesty is the Best Policy and if I don't think I can make it to the time that I have said I call the customer back to explain the issue and they respect me for the Honesty I believe that you have to do what is best for your business and most importantly your Customers
