Annual ArtWalk is held in Carstairs, Didsbury, Innisfail, Olds, and Sundre. It was founded in 2007 to provide opportunities for local artists to come out of their studios and showcase their work. The association connects artists to share knowledge, information and collaborate on shows and exhibits. Banff Tea Co was the brain-child of Susanne Gillies-Smith. Susannès involvement with tea began while spending her childhood 'up the mountain' at the Plain of Six Glaciers Teahouse near Lake Louise. Her family have owned this back country Teahouse for over fifty five years and Susanne herself took over the reins in 2003.
