With over 10 years of experience in the hospitality and catering industry in Canada and Europe. Blake Anderson, born and raised in Olds, Alberta ventured across Canada to work and study. The Stratford Chef’s School provided the foundations of his culinary skill. While a course in the boulanger and baking arts at the Nova Scotia Community College sparked a love of artisan bread making. Shortly after school he ventured abroad to the United Kingdom and Europe to further explore the culinary field. Two years working and travelling in Europe were well spent in the gastro-pubs around London, the seaside retreats of Scotland, and the Spanish, French and Italian countrysides. With more exotic excursions to Morocco, Portugal, Thailand and Japan, the culinary traveler has just gotten started.
