Kevin came to our place in Burlington and would not leave till he found the issue with the elliptical we have. He was sure it did not need a part and/or a return visit, costing us more money. I will only ever rent event/party supplies from Gervais. I rented some supplies for a photo shoot I was doing. They were very professional and very affordable. The staff went above and beyond when I had a personal emergency in their parking lot. A crew of men ran out with tools and gadgets and with calm reassuring demeanor they resolved what could have potentially been a very expensive and dangerous situation. Over all I have nothing but great things to say about Gervais.

Kirk and his guys are fantastic. They did an amazing job. They are professional, polite, neat and overall amazing. The took down a 35 ft tree in our backyard, took everything away and cleaned up the property. You couldn’t tell they were here except that our tree is gone. We watched them in amazement. These guys know their stuff. We would highly recommend them to anyone without hesitation and we wouldn’t do that for just any company.
