They try their best to make customers happy, but instead, the customers decide to complain about their service and insult their business just because there was a mistake in their order or they had to wait longer than usual. They are people, too. If you don't like the food, then leave. There is no need to act like a child and leave rude remarks and bad ratings on every website. I hauled in an older Forte wheelbarrow that had a totally flat tire. Turns out the plastic rim had a small crease in it causing the tubeless tire to deflate totally. Scott at Princess took the time to fix me up with an inexpensive solution.... a tube for the tire and also spent about 40 minutes installing it. There is no way I could have done the repair on this tire which flopped around. He stabilized the tire with a cord and was very creative in his approach to a solution. Very grateful!!

My Mother and I wanted our front lawn restored and they did it. I'm so impressed by the landscaping and it's already sprouting grass after only 6 days. They really listened to what I was after. It was a very overgrown garden and now it's beautiful. I strongly suggest them, they listen and is affordable.
