I had a very positive and informative experience shopping at this store. My old central vacuum motor had burned out after only 5 years. Regrettably I had purchased it from Costco. Joe at Vacmaster showed me the different motors that are used in central vacuums. I could tell right away the difference. I purchased the Canavac LS550 and had them install it for me the next day. The suction power is unbelievable. If you're looking for quick and excellent service, this is the place to go!

Anthony served us and not only took us to the aisles where the products we were looking for were located, but, when one item not in stock, checked to see when the item would be in as well as other stores close by that did have the item in stock. And, this was close to closing time. Pleasure to shop here.
