At the Studio, Leanne teaches fun and energetic Classic Nia classes as well as Nia 5 Stages classes available on a drop in basis. Simply check the schedule and join her for a public class. In addition, she is pleased to offer private self healing sessions for those who prefer one on one work, are recovering their physical body from illness or healing their emotional body from trauma or grief.
