A Ford service dealer had flagged the need to replace the brake pads of my Ford F 350 tow truck. I made an appointment with Budget Brake & Muffler in Coquitlam, BC to replace my brake pads before embarking on a RV trip. I was pleasantly surprised when John Sinkie told me that my brakes were good for another 20,000 k’s & did not need replacing at this time. I find this honesty refreshing & rare. Received a telemarketing call and decided to try their service as I had been disappointed with previous companies I had used. The technician was 30 minutes late but I soon forgot about that as I was so happy with how informative and hard working he proved to be. Perfect service during which he even fixed a pilot problem at no extra charge and replaced my filter also. A few weeks later I hired another technician from Best to do my vent cleaning and I think this photo speaks for itself! Would definitely recommend these guys!
