Normand's is a cozy little bistro, with a relaxed atmosphere. Each day you can look forward to new lunch features including soup, sandwiches and seafood. The dinner menu has a wide variety. Each day we offer at least one wild game dish. The exquisite preparation of each dish in a savory sauce is what makes each meal a special treat. Normand's: where the menu is country French with an Alberta accent. We are well known for our wild game menu which is offered in October and November as is customary in France. We have wild Arctic Muskox, Rankin Inlet Caribou, Elk, Wild Boar and Fish such as Arctic Char. We went with a few family members. We ordered a variety of dishes and shared evereything. The food was wonderful and the drinks were great too. I would highly reccomend this place for anyone looking for somewhere nice to go. We found it to be fairly busy though so make sure to book reservations so you don't have to wait. The staff here are soooo knowledgeable and friendly. They have a huge variety and selection of health and organic foods and supplements. Its not quite as extensive as Whole Foods, but very similar and the best selection for Edmonton Read more
Remedy Cafe was the brainchild of Sohail 'Zee' Zaidi. Zee learned to cook at a very young age, and in his global travels working throughout .where he brushed with the rich and famous and charmed his way out of robberies. (We advise you ask about his taxi days if you've got the time for a hilarious story.) He had bought and ran many other business Stateside, and this primed him for his latest stop across the border.
