My prescription was complicated, involving prisms (fresnel lenses) and my opthortists handwritten notes were difficult to understand. Jackie and Chantelle of Pearl Vision Sunridge wanted to ensure they were following his notes precisely. They got me an immediate walk-in appointment with the optometrist next door! Jessica is optimistic and deals with customers. never have I seen someone who steps outside her role, reception and offers service and friendly advice and deals with billing and issues. The dental hygienists here trained at Columbia College and are top notch professionals and superb assistance... I’m talking about Naseema and others.Dr wei takes care of my teeth since 2008; I had some issues before with my teeth such as cavities, pain, wisdom teeth, but he really cares about my health & teeth.
