Our latest adventure to best buy took us on a new computer hunt. As of a few days ago our computer took its final resting place. March 24/2020 I did not need to pick anything up, I just wanted information on a product they shipped to be repaired. I was not able to access it from their website. I dropped off a letter at the front door (I didnt have to go in - much appreciated).
Within 30 minutes, they called me telling me what they could do. With the pandemic situation, they have done/will do whatever they can do and I am satified with the steps they have taken. Thanks to the staff there. Stay well everybody.

My prescription was complicated, involving prisms (fresnel lenses) and my opthortists handwritten notes were difficult to understand. Jackie and Chantelle of Pearl Vision Sunridge wanted to ensure they were following his notes precisely. They got me an immediate walk-in appointment with the optometrist next door! I love the way the Sunridge eye clinic and Pearl Vision work so closely together. I picked up my prism readers today and they are perfect! Chantelle and Jackie even remembered me!
