Today April 4 2019 I went to the Orillia Home Depot to get replacement tiles for flooring I purchased approximately 4-5 years ago to find out that the Allure brand was not available in store or on the Internet. I was sent to the flooring department and sat down with Lawrence a part-time employee who went above and beyond to help me. After over an hour of him searching and making phones calls he did it. ROSS WINDOWS & DOORS began as Parry Sound Glass in 1969, a small family business with three employees dedicated to quality and customer satisfaction. In 1994, with 15 employees, we moved to our present location to supply custom, handcrafted, wood and superior quality, high performance, vinyl windows and doors for a rapidly growing and discriminating building industry.
Over the course of 34 years the ROSS family has grown from a handful of employees in a one-room glass shop to a dedicated staff of over 70. The principals are still involved in the daily operations of the business and our family is still growing. In October 2003 we began construction on our new 14,000 square foot expansion dedicated solely to custom wood mill work and production.
As we have grown, our commitment to craftsmanship, quality and personalized customer service is still our pledge and guarantee.
