We ferment your wine on premise, and provide a variety of over 240 quality wine product choices. Custom labels, corks, and shrink tops are included. Each wine batch makes up to thirty 750 ml bottles. Bring your own bottles or we provide them at a nominal fee. Customizing your wine selection has never been this much fun before! Soul Water Plus is a two fold community business. We also provide water to refresh the body and support healthy lifestyle choices for you & your family. Established in 2002, Costa's Wine Country opened its doors out of our first location on Wilson Street in downtown Hamilton. A first location that was originally meant as a two car garage. We started small but with renovation and a little (okay maybe a lot) of dedication, we have grown into a successful retail and wholesale business.
Now residing at 181 Cannon Street East, still in Hamilton, we are committed to providing the best possible wine making products at very affordable prices, reliable information and service. We've found that the most effect way of attracting customers is through word of mouth, or in our case word of taste.

In Simple terms, this is how the process works....
The Customer selects a wine from our extensive inventory.
The Customer may choose to design their wine. Unoaking a chardonnay, adding fruit flavours to a wine, or following the traditional recipe. Its your choice!
From there, we start the process with the Customer initiating the fermentation of the juice to create a beautiful wine.
In as little as four- eight weeks, the Customer will return to bottle their wine with shrink wraps and labels of their choice. Custom labels may be ordered as well to make a statement, celebrate an event or simply for effect.
