Cest la première fois que je faisais appel à cette entreprise et j ai été agréablement surprise. Le monsieur a pris le temps de bien m expliquer les raisons possibles et grâce à ses conseils, j ai pu faire une vérification par moi-même avant qu il se déplace. C était un problème simple, mais lorsque nous ne le savons pas, ça fait que la laveuse ne fonctionne pas. De plus, il était prêt à venir rapidement pour nous dépanner puisque nous avions besoin de la laveuse rapidement. Merci!
